DESCRIPTION
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a compartmentalized corralina that allows to establish different compartments or disposition of corralinas in the cattle warehouses destined to the raising and fattening of cattle, especially pig.
The object of the invention is to enable the modification of the distribution of the corralina through the use of a practicable internal partition, optimizing the handling of the cattle and at the same time eliminating the movement of the pigs to other enclosures during the bait phase, all in in order to improve animal welfare and also increase the performance of the farm.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The use of rational facilities where space, humidity, temperature, etc., allow efficient productivity is a primary objective in all pig companies, being on the other hand very important in intensive pig farms the fulfillment of legal aspects on pollution and welfare animal, since the lack of well-being causes stress in livestock, which translates into a decrease in productivity, hence the importance of having versatile facilities that provide adequate welfare conditions for each moment.
To achieve this productivity, the improvement in genetics, nutrition and reproduction has had to be used, as well as the design of the facilities and their equipment.
In the cattle warehouses destined to the raising and fattening of pig cattle, compartments or corralinas are established to keep the groups of animals separated from each other. Corralinas, for bait pigs, which usually consist of partitions, of prefabricated reinforced concrete, with ventilation holes and fixing means, both among themselves, and to

the walls of the ship, arranging those partitions of doors of access to each one of the corralinas from a corridor of service.
The usual dimensions of each corralina, according to the traditional distribution, are approximately three by three meters, while the usual number of pigs in each corralina does not exceed 13-15 animals, taking into account the current animal welfare regulations in what affects the minimum area of free soil depending on the weight of the animals.
At least two lateral partition walls and a front partition wall that are complemented with the corresponding door participate in each pen, with the side partition walls generally fixed on a factory or concrete wall that has already been built, although they may be related to the rear partition wall. Another adjacent pen.
The fastening of the lateral partitions to the wall can be carried out by means of protrusions or inlays embedded in the wall with subsequent filling, when the partitions are made of prefabricated concrete, or by means of steel brackets bolted to the wall and to the separating partition, while the joint between separating and frontal partitions it is carried out by means of metal fittings and screws, which is embedded in holes and openings made for this purpose in the partitions themselves, in addition, the partition is anchored to the ground by means of metal brackets and screws, or it is collected with concrete of the hearth of the corralinas providing this way with greater rigidity and stability to the whole.
Each corralina or compartment has a feeding hopper and a drinking fountain, or a double hopper intercalated in the separating partition can also be arranged so as to provide food to the animals of two adjacent corralinas.
Thus, although initially the partition wall can be considered modular, its subsequent modification, once it has been installed, requires an important action that affects the development of the exploitation and also involves a high economic outlay, which implies that the Initial distribution reform.

The compartmentalization of the invention resolves and makes it possible to modify the size of the corraline at any time, to separate the cattle according to the needs of fasting, sanitation, management or any other cause.
For this, the proposed corralina has practicable intermediate separator panels, pivoting on a vertical axis, which allow keeping the corralina with the original dimensions, or dividing it into two or three independent corralinas, thus returning to the traditional distribution of such that the new distribution maintains in each pen a feeding point and a water point.
The corralina object of the invention preferably has approximate dimensions of nine by three meters, with two lateral separating partitions participating in each corralina, two fixed intermediate separators of approximately one meter length, one or two practicable intermediate separator panels of plastic material of Approximate length of two meters, three front panels and three doors for access from the corridor.
The side partitions serve as support for the feed hoppers and drinking fountains, as well as the intermediate ones, although the latter can be removed and the hopper can be installed without this support.
The separators or practicable panels have in their lateral edges some ironworks, which complemented with others installed in the edge of the fixed intermediate separators, on the one hand, and on the opposite wall on the other, allow to immobilize the panel making the function of intermediate separator , also allowing these fittings to release one of the ends of the panel so that the hardware of the other end hinges and allows the panel to rotate in any direction, so that the panel can be fully collapsed, being supported and immobilized on the wall back that closes the bottom of the corralina.
The practicable separator allows to keep the diaphanous corralina with the original full dimensions, or divide it into two spaces, corresponding one to a third and the other to two thirds of the total, or also divide it into three thirds adopting a traditional distribution, keeping in all the cases in each new corralina a feeding hopper, a water point and an access door.

To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a series of figures are attached as an integral part thereof, with an illustrative character and non-limiting the following has been represented:
Figure 1: Shows a panoramic view of a housing type for cattle, in which the distribution system object of the present invention is arranged.
Figure 2: It shows an image similar to that of the previous figure, where a double set of corralinas separated by an intermediate access aisle has been represented, some of which have a double hopper system.
Figure 3: It shows an image similar to that of the previous figure, where a double set of corralinas separated by an intermediate access aisle has been represented, where all the corralinas have a double hopper system.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
As it can be seen in figure 1, the proposed corralina is destined to be part of a battery of cattle corralinas, attached to a fixed rear wall (1), participating in each of them two lateral partition walls (2) , at least two intermediate partitions (3), at least one practicable intermediate separator (4) and several front partitions (5) separated by doors (6).
In accordance with the invention, the practicable separator panels have at their two ends a set of fittings (7) that are complemented with fittings (8) located in the intermediate partitions (3) and other fittings (9) arranged in the rear wall fixed (1), fittings that complement and enable the blocking of each intermediate separator panel (4) between the two elements reviewed (8) and (9), and in turn, once one of the ends is released, allow the assembly of hardware on the other end, hinge and allow the separator panel (4) to rotate in any direction, so that the axis of rotation of the panel is double.

When the feed hoppers (10) have a double character, the hardware (8), in addition to being installed in the intermediate partition wall (3), is also incorporated into the double hopper (10).
In addition, by placing on the fixed rear wall (1) of a hardware (9 ') similar to (9), the panel can be shot down ninety degrees and locked thanks to it, being immobilized and attached to the rear wall (1) .
The lateral separating partitions (2) and intermediate partitions (3) serve as support for the feed hoppers (10) and the cups or drinking bowls (11).
As can be seen in the model of Figure 1, the interim separator panel (4) practicable allows keeping the diaphanous corralina with the original dimensions, dividing it into two (one third plus two thirds) or dividing it into three thirds, keeping each new corralina a feeding hopper (10), a water point or drinker (11) and an access door (6).
The practicable intermediate separator panel (4) allows the subdivision of the block so that one of the new corralinas preferably supposes a third of the surface of the original diaphanous block, although between 20 and 40% of the total surface can be admitted.
The feed hoppers (10) can have access to the feed on both sides, serving in that case for the simultaneous feeding of the two adjacent corralinas separated by an intermediate separating partition (3), as can be seen in Figure 2.
The distribution with the elements described in the present exemplary embodiment allows modulations of corralinas divisible into three, but can easily be arranged to achieve different multiple modules.
The proposed system allows the selection of pigs and separation of groups, to carry out the fast prior to loading, without having to change stable, while the rest of the cattle can continue to feed routinely without displacements or stable changes and, also, it allows the separation of weak or injured pigs, being very versatile by allowing the distribution of the stable to be modified interchangeably to 1/1, 1 / 3-2 / 3 or 3/3, returning in the latter case to the traditional system, maintaining at all times the access of all livestock stocked to food and drink.
In the whole process, the fattening time is thus reduced and, therefore, the performance and profitability of the farm are increased.
